DETAILS OF THE MOBILE TARIFF
If you run out of data you can surf at low speed without additional cost. If you prefer you can keep surfing at high speed by purchasing any of our Extra Packages.
Excluding calls to special rate services (901, 902, 70X, etc...) and Premium services. The use of the voice service for services such as "baby monitor", "walkie talkie" or similar is not permitted. Tariffs that include unlimited calls are subject to fair usage rules (120 different destinations per month, 3.000 minutes of traffic and no use in mobile connection to SIMBOX, switchboards, etc.). If the voice fair usage rules are violated, a call set-up charge of 18.15 cts€ (incl. VAT) plus 10 cts€/min (incl. VAT) will be applied.
Roaming included in the EU. You will still be able to use the same mobile tariff you have contracted, whether you surf and talk in Spain or in another EU country. See the official list of countries and all roaming information here.
SMS not included. The cost of SMS to national numbers is 15.9 cents/sms incl. VAT and 44.3 cents/sms incl. VAT to international numbers.

If our Fibre replaces another Internet, ADSL or Fibre service that you already had in operation, once we finish installing our Fibre, remember to cancel the old service. Otherwise, it will continue to be active and billed. This way, you will not be left without service at any time.
SIM delivery is completely FREE and don't worry, you won't be without a line at any time!
