FREE INSTALLATION AND NO HIDDEN EXTRAS
The installation is completely free. You won´t have to pay for extras such as line rental or maintenance fee. Hits only charges you for your actual service.
WIFI ROUTER ON LOAN
We will install and configure the wifi router at your property. If you cancel the service, you will have to return the router to us. You can also keep the router for 100€ (iva included). It´s up to you.
PERMANENCY
The fibre service is subject to a 12 months minimum contract.

LANDLINE INCLUDED
Our fibre tariffs include a landline with unlimited calls to Spanish landlines and 60 minutes to Spanish mobiles. Both include the call connection charge.
If you exceed the minutes included to mobiles, a charge of 24,20 cents per minute plus a 20 cents connection charge will be applied.
Premium and Special numbers are excluded from the calls included with your landline. For more information you can check here to see all the charges and tariffs.

If our Fibre replaces another Internet, ADSL or Fibre service that you already had in operation, once we finish installing our Fibre, remember to cancel the old service. Otherwise, it will continue to be active and billed. This way, you will not be left without service at any time.
