LANDLINE INCLUDED

  • Our fibre tariffs include a landline with unlimited calls to Spanish landlines and 60 minutes to Spanish mobiles. Both include the call connection charge.

  • If you exceed the minutes included to mobiles, a charge of 24,20 cents per minute plus a 20 cents connection charge will be applied.

If our Fibre replaces another Internet, ADSL or Fibre service that you already had in operation, once we finish installing our Fibre, remember to cancel the old service. Otherwise, it will continue to be active and billed. This way, you will not be left without service at any time.

Yes, a Spanish IBAN is required for direct debit payments, which is standard for utility contracts in Spain.
Our fibre plans include a landline as standard, at no extra cost — you don't need to use it if you don't want to, but it comes bundled with every fibre contract. If you're specifically looking for a data-only connection with no line at all, get in touch with our team to check the options available for your address.
No, you don't need to already have a phone line. We install the fibre connection and landline together as part of the same process, so there's nothing extra for you to arrange beforehand.
