What about my consumption control? Don't worry, because it is still in force, it will remain exactly the same, so you guarantee that there will be no bills above that monthly limit.

YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE CONTINUITY OF YOUR LINE

Until now you needed to sign up for the Keep your Line service to ensure that your line remained active even if you did not top up. You needed this service so that your line would not be cancelled due to lack of use.

Now that has changed and you no longer need to sign up for any additional service. Your line will always be active, until you decide, without you having to do anything and at no extra cost. More convenient and even cheaper.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO ENJOY MY NEW TARIFF?

You don't have to do anything, no activation, no SIM change... nothing. We take care of the automatic change, on the corresponding date.

WHEN CAN I START ENJOYING MY NEW TARIFF?

Your new tariff will be activated during the month we indicated in the SMS you received. From that moment you will be able to enjoy it. In any case, as always, we will send you a notification at a later date informing you of the exact moment when it has been activated.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CHANGE TO MY NEW TARIFF?

Nothing, of course. The change to your new tariff is free of charge.

DOES MY NEW TARIFF HAVE A COMMITMENT TO STAY?

Nooo! You already know that in Hits none of our tariffs have commitment to stay.

WHAT PRICES APPLY TO MY NEW TARIFF?

With your new tariff you get 500MB data for free. When you use it up, you'll be able to surf at low speed indefinitely and at no additional cost. If you prefer, you can continue to surf at high speed by contracting any of our Extra Packages.

Calls to national landlines and mobiles cost 3.63 cents/min.

Calls between Hits are 0 cents/min.

The connection charge for national calls is 21.96 cents/min.

National SMS are 9.68 cents/SMS.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BILLS AT MY BANK?

You will continue to receive your invoice on a monthly basis. We will send it to your bank at the beginning of each month, specifically from the 10th of each month.

The only difference is that now you will not see top ups on your invoice, but the actual consumption you have made (you will pay only for calls made, SMS sent or MBs consumed). This makes it much easier to know and control how much you spend each month.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY ACCUMULATED BALANCE?

Don't worry, because you won't lose it. The balance you had thanks to the top ups you had already paid for and had not yet used will be transferred to your new tariff, so that we will give you discounts on your monthly invoice until you reach that balance.

For example:

  • When switching to your new tariff you had €6 in balance.

    In your first month with this tariff your consumption is €5.

    We will give you a 5€ discount on the invoice of this first month, so your invoice will be 0€.

    In addition, you will still have 1€ bonus available (you had 6€ and we have applied only 5€).

  • The following month your consumption is 4€.

    As you still had a bonus balance of 1€, your invoice will be 4 - 1 = €3.

WILL THE CONSUMPTION CONTROL THAT I HAD IN MY PREVIOUS TARIFF BE MAINTAINED?

Of course. Your new tariff will maintain the same consumption control, guaranteeing the maximum amount you want to spend each month.
