HOW IS THE PROCESS OF CONTRACTING FIBRE + MOBILE?

At the end of the contract we will start the installation of your internet service at home and, once activated, we will activate your mobile phone service, launching the portability request to your current operator or activating your new number. We don’t want you to be left with a half-finished product, so we will tackle the Internet service part first, as it can sometimes present problems to be installed.

 

In your Hits space and in your APP you will be able to see your mobile telephony service consumption, how much is left in your package, change your tariff, etc., and you will also have access to invoices of your mobile service. You will receive your Fibre + Landline invoice every month to your contact email address.
