What is it for?
This service allows you to change your hits mobile price plan. To see hits mobile price plans in detail click here.
How do I use it?
You can change your contracted price plan in two different ways:
- Call 1216 and select the price plan consultation option.
- Call the Customer Care Service.
How much does it cost?
Your first tariff change will be free. For further changes there will be a charge of 5.50€ (indirect taxes not included).
